Visit sixgems.net/register and fill in your name, email address, Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. Verify your mobile with the one-time code we send, set a password, and your Six Gems account is ready. The whole process takes under two minutes.Quick process

Yes, completely free. There is no registration fee, no monthly charge and no minimum deposit required just to open an account. You only need to fund your Six Gems account when you actually want to start betting.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Six Gems. This is strictly enforced through automated checks at registration and document verification at the withdrawal stage. Accounts belonging to persons under 18 are closed immediately.

The minimum deposit on Six Gems is Rs 500 across all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large deposits may trigger an affordability check in line with our responsible gaming policy.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed in under 10 minutes in most cases. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals typically complete within 30 minutes. IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard withdrawals complete within 1 business day. All times assume your KYC verification is complete.

The minimum withdrawal on Six Gems is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawal requests may require additional documentation as part of standard compliance checks.

Wait 5 minutes and refresh your account — Easypaisa and JazzCash are usually instant but can occasionally take a few minutes during peak times. If your deposit has still not appeared after 15 minutes, contact support@sixgems.net with your transaction reference number and the exact amount and time of your deposit. Do not attempt to deposit again until the first one is resolved.

Six Gems follows a return-to-source withdrawal policy for fraud prevention. Withdrawals must go back to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. If your deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal (e.g., a card that has since expired), contact our support team who will guide you through the alternatives with appropriate verification.

You can set your own voluntary deposit limit (daily, weekly or monthly) in the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. Any limit you set takes effect immediately. Yes. All Six Gems transactions are processed over 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your Easypaisa or JazzCash PIN or your card CVV. The minimum stake on Six Gems sportsbook is Rs 50 per selection. This applies to both pre-match and in-play bets. For accumulator bets, the Rs 50 minimum applies to the total stake across the parlay, not per leg.

Six Gems displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the most straightforward — the number shown is your total return per Rs 1 staked, including your stake back. You can switch to fractional or Malay odds in your account settings if you prefer a different format.

If a match is abandoned before the result is determined, Six Gems will void all bets placed on that match and return your stake to your account balance. Yes. Six Gems supports accumulator bets with up to 20 selections. Add each selection to your betslip and toggle from "Single" to "Accumulator" to combine them into a parlay. Your potential return is shown automatically as you add selections.

Yes. Six Gems offers a cash-out feature on eligible pre-match and in-play bets. When cash-out is available for your bet, you will see a "Cash Out" button on the My Bets page with the current offer value. The offer value fluctuates with live match events. Partial cash-out is also available on selected markets.

Yes. Six Gems opens PSL betting markets at the start of each Pakistan Super League season, including outright tournament winner markets, group stage match betting and in-play markets for every PSL fixture. PSL coverage is a priority product on Six Gems given our Pakistani player base.

Virtual sports on Six Gems are computer-generated sporting events — cricket, football, horse racing and greyhounds — that run every few minutes, 24 hours a day. Winning bets are settled automatically once the relevant event result is confirmed by the official governing body. Winnings, including your returned stake, are credited directly to your Six Gems account balance and become available for withdrawal immediately after settlement. Exclusion activates within 30 seconds and cannot be reversed before the period ends. You will be removed from all marketing communications immediately.

No. A self-exclusion on Six Gems cannot be cancelled or reversed before the chosen period ends. This is intentional — it prevents impulsive decisions to lift an exclusion during a difficult moment. After a temporary exclusion ends, reinstatement requires a written request and a mandatory 7-day review. Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed.

A cooling-off period is a short temporary break from betting — 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week or 4 weeks. During the period, you cannot deposit or place bets. Your account and balance are preserved. The cooling-off cannot be ended early. It is a good option if you want a break without permanently closing your Six Gems account.

A third party cannot directly modify your account settings. However, if a family member contacts support@sixgems.net with a welfare concern, our responsible gaming team will reach out to the account holder directly. We take these concerns seriously and will always follow up and discuss the available options with the player.
