Six Gems Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Six Gems. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the complete agreement between you ("the Player") and Six Gems Entertainment Ltd ("Six Gems", "we", "us") in relation to your use of the Six Gems website, mobile platform, sportsbook, casino games and all associated services available at sixgems.net.

By creating an account on Six Gems, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use any Six Gems service.

These Terms apply to all residents and users accessing Six Gems from Pakistan. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). References to payments, stakes and winnings in these Terms are in PKR unless otherwise stated.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use Six Gems you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — companies, trusts and organisations may not hold Six Gems player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the registration process, including your real name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and payment details.
• You must not already hold an existing Six Gems account. One account per person is strictly enforced. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary account closure on Six Gems.

Six Gems reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 days may result in account suspension or closure.

3Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Six Gems login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. Six Gems will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone call.

• Do not share your Six Gems login with any other person, including family members.
• Do not allow any other person to place bets or access your Six Gems account on your behalf.
• All transactions made through your account — whether authorised by you personally or not — are your sole responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to Six Gems support in writing.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Six Gems support immediately at support@sixgems.net and change your password from a secure device.

Six Gems uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions. We do not store payment card numbers on our servers. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Six Gems accepts deposits in PKR only via the following verified payment methods:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Six Gems does not charge deposit fees on any method. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees — Six Gems is not responsible for these.
• All deposits are subject to automated anti-fraud screening. Six Gems reserves the right to reject any deposit it considers suspicious without obligation to provide reasons.
• Deposit limits may apply per method per day. These are disclosed at the point of deposit in the Six Gems cashier section.

5Withdrawals

Six Gems processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals to a different method may be permitted subject to identity verification.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 on all methods.
• Withdrawal fees: Zero on all methods — Six Gems never charges a withdrawal fee.
• Processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash — typically under 7 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay — typically under 15 minutes. IBFT — up to 2 business hours. Visa/Mastercard — 1 to 3 business days.
• You may only withdraw funds to an account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
• Six Gems reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be held pending verification for up to 48 hours in exceptional circumstances.
• Bonus-funded winnings are subject to wagering completion before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 8.

6Sports Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports bets placed on the Six Gems sportsbook. By placing any bet on Six Gems, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these rules.

• Minimum bet: Rs 100 per selection. Accumulator minimum total stake is Rs 100.
• Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market and event. The applicable maximum is displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. Six Gems may reduce maximum bet limits for specific players at its discretion.
• Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted only when you receive a confirmed bet reference number. An error page or timeout does not constitute acceptance of a bet.
• Void bets: Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours or otherwise do not reach a natural conclusion will be voided and the stake returned. Six Gems decisions on void bets are final.
• Manifest errors: If Six Gems lists incorrect odds due to a human error, software fault or data feed failure, we reserve the right to void bets placed at those odds. You will be notified and your stake returned.
• Live betting: In-play odds are indicative and subject to delay. If a market is suspended at the moment of bet placement, the bet may be rejected or offered at revised odds. You will always be shown the accepted odds before a bet is confirmed.
• Cash Out: Cash Out requests are processed at the value shown at the time of your request. Six Gems cannot guarantee Cash Out availability at all times — connection issues, market suspension or settlement may prevent it.

7Casino & Card Games Rules

Six Gems casino games — including Live Dealer tables, RNG card games, roulette and virtual products — are governed by the following rules in addition to the individual game rules displayed in-game.

• All Six Gems RNG games use certified random number generators tested quarterly by independent laboratories. Results cannot be predicted, manipulated or influenced by any party.
• Live dealer games are played on physical equipment — real cards, real wheels — in audited studios. Shuffle and dealing procedures are independently verified. Six Gems does not interfere with live game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome already determined by the dealer will stand. Six Gems will settle your bet based on the recorded result. If the game did not reach a result before disconnection, the round is void and stakes are returned.
• Maximum win limits apply per round per game. These are displayed in the game information panel before you begin. Wins exceeding the published limit may be capped at the stated maximum.
• Side bets, optional bonus games and special features within casino games are subject to their own specific return-to-player percentages, which are disclosed in each game's paytable.

8Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Six Gems offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal. The specific multiplier (e.g. 5x, 10x) is stated in each promotion's individual terms and is visible in the "My Bonuses" section of your account.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Live casino games contribute 20%. Slots contribution varies by title. The full contribution table is available in your account's bonus section.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date the bonus is credited unless stated otherwise. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without exception.
• One bonus at a time: You may only hold one active bonus on Six Gems at a time. If you accept a new bonus while another is active, the existing bonus and any attached winnings may be forfeited.
• Fraud and abuse: Six Gems monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including matched betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonuses voided and may be closed.
• Free bets: Free bet winnings are credited as withdrawable cash — the free bet stake itself is not returned as cash. Minimum odds requirements apply on free bet usage as stated per promotion.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on Six Gems and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and possible legal action:

• Opening more than one Six Gems account or assisting another person to open a duplicate account.
• Providing false identity information, including a false name, date of birth or payment details.
• Using a VPN, proxy, anonymising service or other method to disguise your location or identity.
• Attempting to place bets using automated software, bots or scripting tools not authorised by Six Gems.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading or any form of sporting fraud in connection with bets placed on Six Gems.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes on any Six Gems casino product.
• Exploiting any software error, loophole or vulnerability in the Six Gems platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a confirmed exploit are void and will be removed from your account.
• Money laundering or using Six Gems to process funds of illegal origin. Six Gems is required to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Abusing, threatening or harassing Six Gems staff or other users in any communication channel.

10Responsible Gaming

Six Gems takes responsible gaming seriously. We know that most of our players enjoy the platform for entertainment, but we also know that gambling can become a problem for some people. That is why we have built tools directly into your account to help you stay in control.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Changes that reduce your limit take effect immediately. Increases take 7 days to apply.
• Loss limits: Cap the total amount you can lose in a set period. Reductions apply immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will receive a notification when your session limit is approaching and be automatically logged out when it is reached.
• Reality check reminders: Enable periodic pop-ups showing your session duration and net balance — a useful way to stay aware of how long you have been playing.
• Self-exclusion: You can exclude yourself from Six Gems for 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. During exclusion, your account will be locked and you will not receive any marketing communications from Six Gems. To request reinstatement after a temporary exclusion, you must contact support in writing — immediate reinstatement is not available.

11Account Suspension & Closure

Six Gems reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons, without being required to provide advance notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• Account identified as a duplicate of an existing Six Gems account.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a relevant authority.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than a Terms breach, Six Gems will return any withdrawable balance to the account holder's verified payment method within 10 business days.

You may close your own Six Gems account voluntarily at any time by contacting support@sixgems.net. Your withdrawable balance will be returned after any pending wagers are settled. Accounts subject to an open bonus with outstanding wagering requirements will have the bonus removed before the balance is returned.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the Six Gems platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, data feeds, odds, software and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Six Gems Entertainment Ltd or its licensed content providers.

• You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, scrape, frame or otherwise exploit any Six Gems content without express written permission.
• Automated access to Six Gems odds data or game content for commercial purposes is prohibited without a formal data licensing agreement.
• The Six Gems name and logo may not be used in any marketing, social media post, affiliate content or other publication without prior written authorisation.

13Limitation of Liability

Six Gems provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure consistent availability and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and we are not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime or maintenance windows.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Errors or delays in third-party data feeds used for live odds.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, political disruption, or actions of regulatory authorities.

Six Gems' maximum liability to any player in connection with these Terms or any bet placed on the platform is limited to the amount staked on the specific bet in question. Six Gems is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses including loss of profits, loss of data or reputational damage.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14Changes to These Terms

Six Gems reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to your registered address before the new terms take effect. Minor administrative changes (such as formatting corrections or clarifications that do not change your rights) may be made without notice.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page with the effective date displayed at the top. By continuing to use your Six Gems account after the effective date of any change, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

15Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Six Gems Entertainment Ltd's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from your use of Six Gems that cannot be resolved through our customer support process should be submitted in writing to legal@sixgems.net.

Six Gems operates a formal complaints procedure. All complaints submitted in writing will receive an initial response within 48 hours and a final decision within 14 business days. Decisions made in relation to bets already settled are final once the settlement window has passed, except in cases of manifest error or confirmed technical failure on the Six Gems platform.
